Add 15 usd for each additional person. Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
Cleaning service once in a week is included with changing of towels and sheets.
Payment: 25% in advance  at the reservation by wire transfer, balance in usd cash at the arrival.
There will be no refund for any cancellation or other unforeseen reasons.
Please note that cash is the only means of payment, credit cards are not accepted.
300 usd cash security deposit required at the arrival, it’ll be refund at departure if there are not damages.
