Based on the Yucatan Coast of the Caribbean, Playa del Carmen, with its white beaches and turquoise ocean, is the gateway to Mexico. Playa del Carmen is handily connected to Cancun International airport, by just a 60 km stretch of freeway.


Playa del Carmen is also an ideal base from which to explore some of  the most captivating Maya archeological sites: ranging from the spellbinding Tulum, the only fortified town overlooking the ocean, to the breathtaking ruins at Chichen Itza, unquestionably the most significant and best preserved archeological site of that civilization.
