Our offerings

La Coccinella Residential Complex is created by an Italian architect and is crafted in typical Mexican style. It ‘s composed of two front face buildings of 6 apartments and 2 offices each one . 
Each apartment gives onto a beautiful tropical garden with a swimming pool in the middle and has its own parking space.
La Coccinella is managed by italian owners.

La Coccinella is on a perfect quite location close to the famous “Fifth Avenue” and to a characteristic centre with bars, restaurants and shops. In 100 mt. there is the famous Caribbean Beach “Playa Mamita” with its beach Club where you can enjoy of a 50% off to rent beach umbrella and deck-chairs.

There are two types of apartments full furnished and decorated:

TYPE A

2 persons ground floor apartment, 52 sqm in size, consisting of a living area with open kitchen, double sofa-bed, dining table and a sleeping area with 1 queen size bedroom and bathroom. A balcony of 12 sqm faces directly onto the garden with table, chairs and beach umbrella. 

TYPE B
4 persons apartment, 70 sqm in size, consisting of a living area with open kitchen, sofa’, dining table and sleeping area with 2 queen size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A balcony of 13 sqm .faces directly onto the garden with table and chairs.
